Why We Are Different
At Martin Estate Law, all estate plans are drafted by an Attorney. Unfortunately, many firms and online service providers use clerks, legal assistants and paralegals to draft their client’s estate plans with only a brief review by the practicing Attorney. This type of practice is ripe for litigation and deficiencies in your plan when you need it most. All of our estate plans are drafted from start to finish by an Attorney who is well-versed in the law and your particular needs and objectives. We believe this process produces a far superior work product.
We offer all-inclusive pricing on our trust and will based estate plans. This means that all of our plans include: Power of Attorney forms, Advance Health Care Directives, Personal Property Memorandums among others. Further, you never have to worry about getting a bill from us for picking up the phone and calling with any questions or concerns you may have during, or after your estate plan is created.
After three years, we offer a free one-on-one consultation with a practicing Attorney to review your estate planning documents and determine if any changes or updates need to be made. This is also a ideal time for you to ask any questions you may have about your estate.
